"I have clients from USA and UK. I was not able to speak fluently in English. Then I thought of joining spoken English classes. But I did not have time to attend classes. Then I searched online options. I choose Urban Pro website. I received some calls and emails from Urban Pro. I choose Snehalata because she speaks Telugu. Her way of talking is very friendly. She took total 25 classes. She started teaching from basics. She took an hour class every day by phone. In an hour she explains daily one concept and gives exercises. It was very useful for me. She explained the doubts when I was exercising the chapters. She explained very patiently and friendly. During this period I improved my vocabulary and writing skills. She thoroughly trained me in topics related to daily and phone conversions. I improved my communication skills. She suggests reading regularly as it is very useful in language development. She recommended me some books also. I can learn how to talk with different people and how to mingle with them. I shall improve my grammar in this time.
