Hi, Spoken English is more to do with practice, simple grammar we all learn in our schools but it is the usage in our day to day life. Communicate with people around you who can speak and understand english. Read newspaper and english books the more we read we come across various words and sentences in different ways and forms listening and using in communication will definitely improve your spoken part. Important is even that there should be someone who helps correcting as and when needed, never hesitate as no one is perfect but do notice how others speak. Everything is a step towards learning. read less

The first most thing you need to do is just speak out whatever you know with your friends or family members. Just make it a habit. Don't worry about the grammatical mistakes because the person whom you are speaking to will automatically correct your sentence... if it is wrong ! ??
