Fluently and Fluidly does not mean speaking like Shashi Tharoor but it sure means speaking with a conservative vocabulary and with conservative structures. At this point in time you probably are learning all the basics to help you negotiate your daily activities. As you start perfecting this level your horizons start broadening and you will then be able to use more complex sentences to express concrete and abstract ideas.
