With 25 years of experience specializing in communication skills, soft skills, and presentation skills, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my training programs. My academic qualifications include an MPhil, and I have a rich background in both teaching and administrative roles. Over the years, I have served as a faculty member in esteemed engineering colleges such as J.B. Institute of Engineering & Technology, CRV Engineering, and Sri Ram Engineering College. Additionally, I have held the position of Principal at SEM School, which has further enhanced my leadership and educational skills.

My extensive career has also included significant contributions to the field of soft skills development. I have authored articles on soft skills and presented papers in international journals during my PhD research on phonetics. These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of the nuances of effective communication and the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.

I have 20 years of teaching experience. Previously, I have worked as an in-charge principal for 5 years, senior lecturer in corporate colleges for 6 years & Associate Professor for more than 10 years in Engineering Colleges. Since the last 3 years, I have been working as a Soft Skills & Communication Skills trainer.
