am an Experienced Senior Trainer from the BPO background. I specialize in - Language, Communications, Soft Skills and Telephone Etiquette, Voice and Accent Training Including Accent Neutralization. I have an overall experience of 24 years. I have spent over 17 years in the BPO Industry. Out of these almost 10 years have been spent in Coaching and Training individuals for various clients - UK, US and Australia. During this tenure I have had the opportunity to coach individuals one on one, as well as in classroom. I have designed and delivered Advanced Communications Workshops for Supervisors and Delivered them at various locations in the country and coached Quality Analysts in Coaching and Feedback Styles which was a part of Training the Trainer. I have undertaken floor (120+ agents) interventions for various clients and have delivered a Customer Satisfaction Index raise of over 7%. These included voice, e mail as well as chat agents. I have realized that teaching is what I wish to do. And wish to offer my services now to select audience who need and value it.

Learn to make different words. Most of the words in the English language are forms of each other. Learn these forms grammatically, and you can make more words from a single word.
For Example :
friend - Noun
befriend - Verb
friendly - Adjective
That is three words from one word. I hope this gives you an idea. Make words on your own now.
