This course prenatal and postnatal is my personal favorite. I specialise in pre natal Yoga and Pilates. The course is divided trimester wise. Different batches for second and third trimester as the needs differ each trimesters. You will be taught - better body postures to alleviate pregnancy aches and pains, how to support natural birthing, breathing techniques, and recovery protocol post delivery. Nutritional guidance is an add on where focus on baby's growth and mother's bodies deficiencies are managed better. Also in case you have become diabetic in pregnancy, its better to watch food and get educated about it, so there is no risk of passing down this to the baby. Let me help you in your most memorable phase of life. ❤️
