I have completed my yoga training from Anand Yoga school for the RYT 200-hour course on Pranayama and meditation. I have been teaching yoga for three years. I have provided home and offline training to clients in various societies. I have trained twelve individual clients.

I used to lay sports and wanted to stay fit and have a healthy lifestyle. I began pursuing yoga out of personal interest and gradually became more passionate. I want to share my knowledge with others. I conduct my classes offline.

I have customised my course according to the clients. My classes are interactive. I begin with beginner classes for six months and then gradually move towards the intermediate level. I frequently use PowerPoint presentations in my classes. I provide Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Booklets for theoretical parts. I assess my student's anatomy and proper energy control openness to perform before recommending the exercises and helping them grow.
