"I have been looking for home yoga instructor and found Mr. Nilesh via google. I was surprised to see how he uses simple yet powerful techniques to make it a wonderful over all experience. We did our demo and I couldn't find any other better instructor. He not only guided me yoga aasanaa, sun salutations but also amazing techniques for meditation. For me it was not just physical activity but mind body soul activity and All were blissful sessions. I strongly recommend him for yoga, meditation and if you are looking for some spiritual talks or soul searching. Amazing and awesome experience I had. "

"We all have an amazing experience with Nilesh sir, he is an excellent teacher who not only believe to complete his work he also focus on everyone's postures and alignment during Asans. Thank you so much for being there. The most wonderful part of this session is meditation and pranayam it help us to overcome stress. He is a wonderful teacher. "

"We all have amazing experience with Nilesh sir. He take care care of everyone in our group. He gave attention to pose which we made during Asans. We learnt perfect posses and a right way of meditation and pranayam. Meditation part of every class is my favorite part, as we stressed out and feel relaxed after that. Thank you sir for being there.
