I have a Masters degree in Yogic Science and Spirituality, and a Diploma in Teachers'Training and Vedic Counselling from S-VYASA Bangalore (2016), Under the guidance of Shri. Nagendra Guruji. Having worked in the field of media, journalism and retail for over 10 years, I realized that the insensitive and unemphatic nature of the trade was taking a toll on my mental and emotional well being, eventually causing Psychosomatic Pain. There was a chemical control over my bodily vibrations because of the psychotropic medicines. Post this, I was guided by my teachers towards Yog and Ayurved and revived my natural self. I have been through this journey and i know there are many more who are going through the same. I will guide you with the transition from chemicals to consciousness. I am here to share my knowledge and experience blessed by my teachers. I would like to pass on this knowledge of gaining mastery over mind through Yogic techniques backed by Science and Spirituality.

First, I would like to point out that its not "Yoga" it's "Yog." Yog, to put it simply, is gaining mastery over the mind and observing your thoughts when you are holding a challenging posture. First, I would like to point out that its not "Yoga" it's "Yog."

Yog, to put it simply, is gaining mastery over the mind and observing your thoughts when you are holding a challenging posture. It is focusing on your breath and regulates it. Yog is not just about Asanas; Yog is much more beyond that.

Hata Yog is just one of the eight forms of Yog. You can practice Yog in your day to day life, even when you are doing your house chores, or working, or studying etc.

What we need to learn is Yog off the mat and Beyond Physical. Yog does NOT make you lose weight. That's the biggest misconception being peddled by the western influence about our own culture and tradition.

Happiness, clarity of thoughts, body flexibility, removal of evil thoughts are all by-products of doing Yog. Yog, in its simple form, is gaining mastery over the mind.
