Otherwise instead of helping Yoga can be even harmful for the person. In 2016 she became a Yoga Alliance certified Hatha yoga teacher who trained under Bharat Shetty (RYS Indea Yoga) in Mysore. She has her base in Pune, India and works on project basis a few months in the year in native country Germany. After completing her continuing education as a Dance and Movement Facilitator, she applied her understanding of yoga and movement in a conflict prevention program designed for primary school children in Germany and in her teaching faculty at University where she trains future primary school teachers in intercultural education. â??No posture ever feels the same.
