I've also been trained in kickboxing for 1 year and have been self practising ever since. I train clients to improve their athleticism, joints and muscular strength. I also provide basic rehabilitation routines to prevent and fix any physical injuries during training. I always believed in keeping a mindset of chasing better performance and strength. I don't consider making any of my clients only sweat and sore too much just to give that illusion of 'A Good Workout'. Then I studied about fitness in detail and did my diploma from K11 school of fitness & Sciences. I did my CrossFit Level 2, Gymnastics Level 2 & Weightlifting Level 2 certifications. I have coached in 4 Cities in India and I was a personal trainer on Cruise in The US. My goal is to make workouts fun and help people achieve their goals and love a better life.
