We have a software in our Institute that  helps you to learn speaking in British or Amercian accent. However, to speak like a native speaker, you must listen to all Videos and try speaking and practice the native accent. Thei frist thing is neuatralise your Indian accent. You can slowly achieve what you wish . It takes time though.
