Join Spoken English Institute or Toastmaster Club in your area. Participate where ever you get a chance to speak or communicate in English. Thank you.

It is Mother Tongue Influence. Generally, we speak in our language for, eg. Marathi, Hindi, Tamil, Gujarathi, and so on. English is not our native language. We tend to pronounce English words as like our language. This is called MTI or Mother Tongue Influence. The Best way to solve this is to learn Phonetic Chart and Listen and Repeat the words which where you find Mother Tongue Influence. English is not like our Indian languages. Mostly, the spelling is different, and pronunciation is different. Learn Phonetic Chart from the Internet or contact the trainer who can train you this. Thank you.

Hi Amit, you should work as a volunteer in any organisation. You will not get paid over there. Yes, but you will gain confidence and the experience which will be helpful for the life. Just come out from social media and internet world for some time and go in the real world. Make some friends and try to speak with them in English. Learn which words they are using and ask or search on Google if you don't understand. Best wishes!
