Hello Divya,
One of the best ways to improve your English listening skills is to listen to native English speakers. There are many resources on the web that are helpful. The VOA (Voice of America) has a great website with compelling stories that you read and can also hear. You can also adjust the speed so you can slow it down to listen to the pronunciation. There is also another website like the BBC website. The other thing is to practice your English with other speakers. You have asked an excellent question, and you can achieve this goal. Remember, keep practising conversing in English.

Please don't ever try to be an amateur IELTS trainer because all IELTS trainers are trained specially to teach & most of them are Abroad educated. So they have practical experience of IELTS exam themselves. Moreover, you are admitting yourself that your Grammar - Tense sense is weak, how can you teach students then? I hope you understand.

There is no case where the IELTS exam results are not declared. It is always declared. Usually, it is processed and declared by the 13th day after the exam. In sporadic cases, it so happens that the candidate's results are delayed, and there is always a good reason for why it happens.
Usually, when there is a difference of 2.5 in the band between L and R and either W or S, then the results are marked by the second examiner, who does the cross-checking. This often happens with some scripts and recordings. If there is a considerable difference in the band between the first and the second examiner, then it is sent to London, where the third examiner marks it. This also happens within 13 days.

There are no such universities in Canada that offer masters in Data commerce for a student with a band anything less than 6. Some universities also offer seats to candidates with a band score of 6. You need to have a minimum of 6 in all the modules, to get into a good university in Canada. Som of th universities also considers the degree scores like Class 12th, 10th etc. If you're proficient in any extracurricular activities like sports etc., then it will be a plus point for you. But the chances are sporadic that you'll get a seat for a band of 5.5.

Yes, you can apply for you post-graduation, once you clear your IELTS with a band od six and above 6 is the minimum that is required to join any university abroad. With a score or band of 6, you can join a decent university. But if you're mainly looking for something specific, then you'll have first to check their criteria and try to score the same score in your IELTS. Some of the universities will not accept anything less than a band of 6.5 or 7. So, work on your English skills and try to score above 6.
I wish you all the best

To get a 6.5, you'll have to put in some extra effort than the usual. For a person who is pretty good at English, it is not going to take too much time to give that extra push to score 6.5. Since there are four different modules, you need to give equal importance and attention to all the four modules. Practice every day, and an essential part of preparation is the mock tests. Take up as many mock tests as you can, this will increase your vocabulary and also will give you a heads up about the type of questions asked. Diligent practice and a positive attitude will help you get a score of 6.5+

Some of the tips like, writing simple sentences and not making punctuation errors such as comma, semicolon etc. and for that, one needs to understand the concept of dependent and independent clause. Using a variety of tenses like the present, past, present perfect, present perfect continuous, and so on will be very helpful to you. Connectivity among the sentences is imperative and for that, using a different kind of linking words such as moreover, furthermore, thus, etc. can make the task more meaningful.
Not forgetting to mention appropriate examples for the point you are making can be a bonus for boosting your score.
Hope this helps
