Hello Divya, you may listen to a lot of You Tube videos. For IELTS, you need to follow British English. We have a software in our Institute that helps you to learn speaking in British or Amercian accent. However, to speak like a native speaker, you must listen to all Videos and try speaking and practice the native accent. Thei frist thing is neuatralise your Indian accent. You can slowly achieve what you wish . It takes time though.

Hello Kotesh. Are you up for a promotion in the IT domain? Then you may need some solid technical knowledge. However, mostly, you will be judged for your attitude, your confidence, the ability to handle clients and other audience. Your language and etiquette may be screened too.
