I am certified by Ayush, Yoga Certification Board INDIA as Wellness Level 2 Coach, Mindfulness, Chakra Meditation, Pranayama and Spiritual Practices By Dhyana Spiritual Centre in Rishikesh, Laughter Yoga by a renowned Yogi in the field.
