Here are some of my achievements and certifications : * ISSA certified fitness trainer * ISSA specialist in sports nutritionist * 1st dan black belt in taekwondo (federation - orient combat arts, associated with world taekwondo federation, kukkiwon, korea) * Gold medal in taekwondo at district level in open taekwondo corporate championship held at pune (20th nov, 2016) * Certified in first-aid and cpr * Elementary level in boxing * Beginner level in kickboxing * Completed half marathons and participated in an international marathon in 2016 (21kms)

Even when I got posted to Mathura and Bareilly after Pune, I didn’t stop and it is safe to say that I have only grown since then. In April this year (2020), I started with my diploma in personal training from K11 Academy of Fitness. I have completed diploma CPR from K11. Along that I am pursuing Certifications in Sports Nutrition. I have been persistently gymming as well. I’ve always been interested in heavy weight lifting. So far, I’ve achieved back-squats and deadlifts with 200 kgs each. I can also do the bench press with 150 kgs. I feel that the technique of working out is what matters the most and I’m looking forward to be able to share my skillset with your esteemed gym.
