Dr. Anita Ruparel is a practicing Ayruvedic doctor and a Yoga instructor for many years now. A lover and firm believer in natural ways of healing the human body, she went on to add body Massage, Naturotherapy, Accupressure and Magnetotherapy to her array of natural therapies. She also offers natural skin and hair treatments and has a collection of Natural Ayurvedic products to buy from.

Inspired by the exhilarating, healing and deeply transformative result of a consistent practice, she deepened her study in Yoga and became a Medical Yoga therapist.

Her yoga classes involve dynamic and creative sequences emphasizing mechanics of alignment and breath awareness with the intention of creating space for presence in mind, ease in body. Her intention is to infuse various asana, pranayama techniques, and yogic philosophy into a powerful yet meditative flow that leaves you feeling invigorated and cleansed. She encourages students to find their edge with compassion and to ultimately enable the release of unproductive patterns in the body and mind in order to embody their full potential. She is eager to share her passion for yoga and support her students in their journey of self-discovery through asana and breath - cultivating awareness while building strength and flexibility.
