Yoga defines that union of your body to the soul. I have realised while practicing it and by teaching that when we unite our physical body with our soul our karmas got aligned in one direction. My session generally includes :
1) Warm up exercises to prepare the body for workout.
2) Surya Namaskar / Sun Salutations.
3) Asanas / postures practice.
4) Stretching - active and passive.
5) Pranayam - breathing workout.
6) Meditation to heal our inner self.
