My name is Jay . I m 22 years old. I have completed my BS in Mathematics from Pune university. I have couple of years of teaching experience. I used to teach kids during my college time. I m keen interested to teach students.

I got to work as a primary teacher at a convent school, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I have always loved children, especially primary children, so I was very excited about my position. Of course, I was incredibly nervous on my first day of teaching. First of all, I wasn’t even sure if I was cut out to be a teacher, and second of all, the thought of watching and teaching a bunch of rowdy 10 year olds was overwhelming, to say the least. Nonetheless, my first day in the classroom went better than I expected. My job as their teacher was to teach them all the subjects. Though the learning content was not difficult, coming up with six weeks worth of lesson plans was something that I had never done before. At first, it was incredibly difficult for me to figure out what I should do for every day, but with time, the process got a little bit easier, and I started getting more creative with the lessons. My first teaching experience taught me a lot about what it means to be a teacher and a lot about myself, as a future educator. For example, I always knew that coming up with lesson plans was not easy, so I’m glad that I was able to have this experience to prepare me for it in the future. I also learned that I do not have a good sense of time when I am teaching, so I now know to make sure to make a schedule of what will be done at what time. I am more than excited to explore this amazing field that is education.

I have been teaching students throughtout my school and college years. Thereafter, I have also worked with an after-school learning institute as an Instructor for 1 year. To help a child learn it is essential to understand the current knowledge & abilities they possess, and gauge their learning approach. Once a teacher understands their student, they can help any child learn and excel. I have a keen interest in helping children learn. I want to add value to my students and enable them to use their minds and think for themselves. For me, education is not just about facts and figures, it's is also about moral development.

As a home tutor I am having 2 years of experience although I have been teaching from my school time to my juniors and fellow mates, neighbors and small children. I love that by my teaching i am not only just teaching the student but also somehow i motivate him or her towards goal. I usually try to explain things by giving examples and explaining things in simple manner so that one can get with it easily.

I am a post graduate in English literature and completed in 1986. I can help the student in their communication. I used to take tuition tuitions. I can help the students to communicate in a better way and I can teach them how to speak English fluently and effectively. English teaching has been my hobby and I feel English conversation can be improve if they start communicating with one another if they learn simple basic things about English. nowadays there is a huge demand for good English communicator. In India you can get a good job if you are a good communicator in English .
