I am commerce graduate. Started my career working as a marketing executive.Then moved to different companies, as customer care executive. Got married, had three children. That is when I took up teaching and gradually realised that I love teaching and am good at it. Got a lot of opportunities, but didnt take them up as was not able to balance work and life. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, and over time, I have developed a keen understanding of how children at the primary level learn and absorb concepts. A significant part of my teaching experience has been focused on Hindi and Marathi, especially for students from South India who often find regional languages challenging initially. I find it extremely rewarding to see students progress from struggling with alphabets and simple words to comfortably reading books and understanding sentence structures. Their growing confidence and improved language skills motivate me to put in extra effort and provide them with the right guidance and encouragement. Before starting classes, I make it a point to understand each student’s learning gaps and areas of difficulty. Every child learns differently, and I strongly believe that teaching should be customized rather than one-size-fits-all. Based on the student’s needs, I adapt my teaching methods to ensure effective understanding. My classes are interactive and well-structured, always starting from the basics and gradually moving to more advanced concepts. I ensure that students fully grasp one topic before moving on to the next, which helps in building clarity and long-term retention. I conduct only online classes and use PPTs and videos to make sessions engaging and easy to understand for young learners. My aim is to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, enjoy learning, and steadily improve in both academics and language skills.
