You need to correct you present diet & lifestyle.Switch to more nutritious & light diet . Learn meditate/yog.Sleep for 6-7 hours daily.

Fatigue is a general term, in order to know root cause you must share full information of your weight, medical history, daily routine, sleeping habits and so on. Exercise or weight loss alone cannot address your problems. for example some people suffer from Thyroid which isn't diagnosed as yet and they feel severe fatigue. when suffer from un-diagnosed ailments just take up gymming or any other form of exercise you will never get you results. I would suggest you try to figure out root cause of your fatigue medically then accordingly provide data to a fitness expert.
