i had completed my dance training in academy in 2008, i teach all style and i had done more than 50 choreoghraphy or more than 45 done sangeet sandhya. As well as I am was doing in fitness center its aerobics, zumba, poweryoga, pilates and fuctional training now still time. I trained more than 100 people like child, adults and ladies or senior citizen. I have a 7 years experience in dance with better responce and fitness instructor 6 years. i can solve many health issue for people suffering like ---- cholestral, blood pressure, diabeties, joints pain ( arthrities ), thyroid ( hypo or hyper, back issue spinal cord ( servicle, thoraci, lumber, secrum, coccix)( spondylosis). I am a certified treainer from doctors. I have already solve normal issue those people are facing regularly like weight loss, flexibilty, weight gain, relaxation in body or mind , happy environment.

Dear Piyush, DO power yoga and aerobics to loss your weights, I have reason why are you do this, because in this aerobics, when you start doing this you have realise that you are doing cardio aerobics to improve your muscles or reduce your fats and Improve estamina, reduce cholestral issue which banefit in future, aerobics you can do easlly and entertainment and power yoga to realease your stress improve flaxiblity, straiching level. Now food eat less by time to time whichever your schedule those breakfast - semi breakfast, lunch-semi lunch, than evening nasta have normal like green tea, than dinner only eat on your stomach 40 to 50% same follow the morning afternoon, evening, it is the easiest way to reduce your fats, you don't need any type of powder or supplement just be on yourself to reduce and healthy life.
