I am a certified and experienced yoga trainer with over 8 years of experience. I hv done yoga certification from lakulish yoga University.. also having yoga teacher certification from Gujrat Yog Board.
Done Masters in yoga. Having knowledge about Ashtang yog, hathyog, meditation, Therapeutic yoga, power yoga, hot yoga, diet plan, yoga for health problems, weight loss plans, yoga for pain relief, Facial yoga etc.
Serve people to realize the importance of yoga to maintain a sound body and a sound mind.

Khushi is a fantastic teacher. Her directions are clear and precise, she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed. If her classes and suggestions are followed with discipline then you will definitely achieve the goal. Its been 3 months since I am having classes and the changes are visible. I have lost 12kgs with regular yoga sessions and diet suggestions which she provided. She adds new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones. I am confident that I will achieve my target with her support and her experience. Her classes are highly recommended.
