"I started taking home yoga sessions with Anubhav over 2 months back. His teaching methods are unique and knowledge of the benefits of each asanas and exercise is tremendous. Since its personal coaching the classes are designed to address my health issues and are proving to be quite helpful so far. Really enjoying learning with him. "

"I was very blessed to meet and take classes with Anubhav. His qaulity teaching allows creates a warm, welcoming, inspiring and focused learning environment. Anubhav is a generous teacher giving an insight to his in depth knowledge of all comments and aspects of yoga. He is a professional, caring, inspiring and passionate educator. His smile and laugh lights up the room and keeps you smiling and inspired to keep trying. Dare to embark on a laughing yoga class - it brings me to smiles, laughter and tears of joy still.Anubhav is an exceptionally talented, patient, kind and skilful teacher. He has the correct balance between instruction and support as well as body focus and spiritual guidance and advice. I would not hesitate in any way to recommend him to anyone. The best teachers are the ones who understands yoga philosophy and suble details of the body mind so at least 2 years full time either diploma or degree from Kaivalyadhama or svyasa is a must otherwise yoga will not be useful to learn from person who is not trained full time and who has never live a yogic life in these 2 institutes
