"I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Roy for his exceptional guidance and dedicated mentoring of my daughter throughout her keyboard journey. When we began classes in May 2021—during the period just after the COVID pandemic—she had to start learning online. As a mother, I was initially unsure about online learning, but very soon I realised that she was in the best hands. Her steady improvement, confidence, and growing love for music made it clear that choosing Mr. Roy through UrbanPro was the right decision. Over the years, his caring nature, patience, and structured teaching style have played a significant role in shaping her musical foundation. He has always understood her pace, corrected her gently, and encouraged her consistently. Because of his continuous support and commitment, she appeared directly for her Grade 2 exam on 7th September 2025 (Sunday) and achieved an outstanding score of 99%. "My daughter Abdhija Chiki has been learning Keyboard playing under guidance of Kunal Roy sir since May 2021. When the World became standstill for the 2nd phase of Corona Virus attack, my little daughter began her musical journey. Though online class, Sir made us to believe that she will learn the exactly what the offline students learn. Now, we feel how true he was. Krunal Sir's love, dedication for music inspires my daughter a lot. He is very serious, strict and the same time very caring and affectionate teacher. He never likes to miss any class and gives importance to the basics of music. Now we feel that, every student under his guidance would learn the music in a proper way and sign as a musician in future. We are very lucky to have a sir like him. "

"My daughter (18yr old ) has been learning keyboard from Kunal Sir for the past five years, and it has been a wonderful journey. Kunal Sir is an exceptionally talented and patient teacher who truly understands how to bring out the best in his students. His teaching methods are engaging, structured, and tailored to each child’s pace and interest. Over the years, my daughter has developed not only strong musical skills but also a deep love for music, thanks to his constant encouragement and guidance. We are very grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and passion for teaching. "I am the parent of tanush a 12 year old who is interested in keyboard . So I joined him in the studio Ragini keyboard classes he had been tutored under Kunal sir . He loved the classes and the way sir approaches a topic is the one he likes the most , sir would give the basics and goes for the advanced based on the basic which makes it easier to understand. He wrote his grade 2 exam which enriched his career in music . We are grateful to Kunal sir for making tanush a good keyboard player. "
