There's a lot of guitars specially designed for beginners. However, I'd suggest you to go for Kadence frontier series guitars, it's a beginner series from Kadence, it's relatively cheap but serves the purpose.

Hi Vikash, Guitar is a good choice. I do have a couple of students with epilepsy however this doesn't effect the guitar playing. Find a teacher and get started. All the best :)

I think this totally depends on your area of interest. Whatever you want to learn start with that. I think others cant predict your level of intetest.
