If you're serious about JEE, you should join a coaching institute. There are thousands of students out there studying from morning to late night and it's a hard nut to crack without proper coaching

If you can generate mock tests on your own after getting a reasonably good grasp in basics and if you're ready to toil rigorously hard referring to a plethora of books pertaining to JEE driven by passion ,you can very well go ahead and do self study and need not join coaching in class 12.

For JEE coaching is surely necessary. Coaching makes the preparation strong and confident as they will guide and mould for the exam writing

You can if you are finding it difficult to understand the topics. But do choose a decent one which has a remarkable record. Moreover the test series are very helpful. If you are good at studies then join the test series to sharpen your final preparation. Good Luck

How many dimensions are possible ?
Theoretically and infact practically infinite but I presume here that you are referring to spatial dimensions, and then it would be just three. If you are more interested in knowing other dimensions, you are certainly welcome..!
