Coaching institutes play a role of facilitator , be it for iit jee or any other exam. These institutes provide a system for students and by system I mean the completion of syllabus, regular test and Assessment, doubt clarification etc. In the contemporary times it has become essential for for students be on their toes because the level of competition has increased many folds. So coaching institutes provide you with an edge in your preparation. Having a systematic approach is very essential and that is what coaching institutes are for. But nevertheless an individual's effort is the most important factor for one's success. You have to follow the instructions of the institute regularly and then only you will succeed. Merely joining an institution is not gonna help. Wish you all the best. read less

Ofcourse..there is serious benefit only when the child takes it seriously...the child gets to learn the new tricks which are actually required to solve IIT based questions or even the competitive exam questions in a limited time period......But one cannot rule out the importance of chem ncert book if one has to score 100 in boards..clear understanding will come when the student attends classes,,takes the concept clearly and practises on his/hr own..one can also do without coaching but that will definitely put a lot of pressure on the student regarding the right method of preparation,timely revision of course and practise.. A gud teacher and a gud coaching does make it a bit easier but ultimately it depends on the student( if he can handle the mammoth syllabus on his/her own)..thats is why families go for coaching centres( flr iit jee prel or com prep) and board exm preparation teachers.. read less

Iitjee is more of class 11th 60% of maths and physics are from 11th class concepts. So before going for class 12th jee adv coaching.. Prepare class 11th thoroughly for the same.
