By this time, I hope that all of you are in full throttle for your coming JEE Exam. Every student is strategic and intelligent in their preparations. But interestingly very few students succeed in JEE entrance exam. So to succeed in JEE test you need to plan accordingly.
No teacher or students are strong in all areas of subjects, be it Maths/Physics/Chemistry. So we should know exactly how to convert our weaker areas into stronger areas. For that you need to first focus and target on difficult topics, read the concept thoroughly, take the help of teachers whenever situation demands and practice as many number of questions as possible.
Steps to be followed for JEE Main 2016 preparation:
STEP 1: Stick to your basics
Read and be perfect with NCERT textbooks, then go for good reference book (only one reference book of your choice or as prescribed by an established teacher is enough).
If possible practice all questions from NCERT books, e.g. textbook questions, chapter wise questions and so on.
STEP 2: Approach towards questions
Your method of attacking questions for MCQ’s or any type of question should go with Concept and Formula Application Method. Simply if you remember the formulae and target the question you may go wrong sometimes.
STEP 3: Correct guessing of answers
While answering questions give intelligent guess, but make sure if you are applying any short cuts, it’s 100% correct answer. Don’t go for hit and trial methods.
It may backfire your score and performance.
STEP 4: Time management a necessity
Don’t waste your too much time on a question, remember you are supposed to invest only 90 seconds maximum for any question you are attempting. If you are crossing this time limit then your overall ranking and score will slide downward. So time management is very very important.
As our Great scientist late A.P.J Abdul Kalam said “Your best teacher is your last mistake” stick to your basics, believe in yourself and never compare yourself with anyone…

3) Physical Chemistry by Shishir Mittal by Disha publications
