Totally depends upon ur skill and ur previous exposure to language .If u can communicate and can write well than try to sharpen ur skills with new tips and tricks and I u have not applied yet than don't do this without proper coaching don't waste ur money.

Academic writing has two sections. Task 1 and Task 2. For Task 1 you have to write min 150 words and for task 2, min of 250 words. Divide your 60 minutes time accordingly. I suggest, you give 20 minutes for ask 1 and 40 minutes for task 2.
