No,If you want your test to have the greatest possible reach, then your choice should be IELTS.

Ielts and PTE they both are different from each other , ielts is acceptable all over the india and PTE is acceptable in only some countries and some colleges .

I am having problem with the listening section in IELTS. My specific problem is with last part of listening section where the pace of information is high and you have to understand it all to answer questions 31 -40 .
