Learning is a gradual process it does not happen overnight.

Not really, as long as you have basic knowledge of tenses and you are able to speak clearly, 6.5 is manageable.

if you are a regular user of English and make less grammatical errors... you can easily score 6.5. it becomes difficult fir those who make sentences with an inappropriate structure...or cram alot...but use inaccurately

No, it is not difficult to score 6.5 on IELTS. You need to have regular practice of all four sections i.e. Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking at least for 2 months.
