You cannot score 6.5 in ILETS but yes may be 7.0 in IELTS

You can score 6.5 in IELTS if you spend enough time for the preparation. People who are not good at English, need to put extra efforts and dedication towards the exam pattern. Only the way to score high in IELTS is, practice as much as you can and don't forget to write mock tests after the preparation....
