Learning is a gradual process it does not happen overnight.

Choose any random topic and speak on it, you can record your voice to listen to it later. Stand in front of a mirror and practice for 5-10 daily.

Sit in from of mirror and speak. Also you could record you voice while speaking on specific topic and try to remove errors and work on your potential areas
