It is possible to improve your english without talking to foreigners. Start listening to speeches of the foreign speakers. This helps you to learn and understand their accent as well as the english. The next thing that you can do is watch animated movies to learn new words and correct pronounciation. Thirdly, if you are very good at writing in english without any error. Write about anything that amuses you and read out to record your voice. Later whenever you are free listen to them. If you are music lover, start listening to english songs in which you can clearly hear the lyrics and start singing along. Initially, try to lipsync the words correctly and slowly start singing. These methods make you feel more comfortable and relaxed when you talk in english or when you listen to someone talking in english. read less
