Yes, you can apply for you post-graduation, once you clear your IELTS with a band od six and above 6 is the minimum that is required to join any university abroad. With a score or band of 6, you can join a decent university. But if you're mainly looking for something specific, then you'll have first to check their criteria and try to score the same score in your IELTS. Some of the universities will not accept anything less than a band of 6.5 or 7. So, work on your English skills and try to score above 6. I wish you all the best read less
