At Srinivas Yoga Classes, we specialize in Yoga and Yoga Therapy, blending traditional yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques to promote holistic well-being. Though our current institute was established in 2022, our journey in offering online yoga therapy sessions dates back to 1993, reflecting our long-standing commitment to promoting health and mindfulness through yoga.

As the founder, my vision has always been to create a space where individuals can not only learn yoga but also experience its transformative benefits on a physical, mental, and emotional level. Our aim is to train individuals to become skilled yoga practitioners and compassionate healers who can bring balance and positivity into their own lives and the lives of others.

Our institute is home to 10 highly qualified trainers, each with 4 to 8 years of experience in teaching yoga and yoga therapy. Together, we combine authentic yogic traditions with scientific therapeutic practices to ensure our students receive a well-rounded and meaningful education. Every trainer at our center is dedicated to guiding students with patience, precision, and personal attention, ensuring that learning yoga becomes a deeply enriching experience.

All our trainers are YCB-certified teachers and therapists, qualified under the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of AYUSH. Srinivas Yoga Classes is proudly registered under MSME (Udyam Registration), recognized as an Associate Centre of the Indian Yoga Association (IYA), and holds a valid FSSAI license for wellness and health-related activities. These recognitions reflect our authenticity, quality standards, and professional integrity.

We offer both online and offline classes, making it convenient for learners from different parts of the world to join our sessions. Each class focuses on proper posture, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and therapeutic benefits, ensuring that students gain not just flexibility and strength, but also peace of mind.

In addition to regular yoga sessions, we also provide certification courses, designed for individuals who wish to pursue yoga professionally or deepen their practice with formal credentials. Our certification programs cover a range of modules—from foundational yoga techniques to specialized therapeutic applications—equipping students with both knowledge and confidence.
