Excellence in conduct of National and International events and Directed the rehearsals and performances of the Indian Army Bands and Ecumenical Choir. The Marching Band consist of 44 member each Band (16 Military origin Bands and 16 Pipes and Drums) performs at Republic Day and regional marching band exhibitions as well as various Regimental trg centre events. I can Develop, teach and grade Marching Band Pipes and Drums and Pep Band classes with over 200 students and plan and implement lessons (rehearsals). Arranged and composed the Marching Band shows annually. Conducted groups in rehearsals and performances. Assigned grades and completed other faculty duties. Worked as Head of Faculty Music Department and asd cordial relationship with the Dean of College, (attended their weekly meetings, planed events and functions together) and actively recruited new students to participate in the Athletic Bands. In addition I have conducted the concerts/stage performances and training and Choreography of Mass Band displays. Displayed competence in effectively managing the complete administration of 36 Band teams (1200 personnel) and organising /designing/ imparting trainings at various metro cities incl New Delhi, India. Good time and relationship management abilities. Performed Symphonic Band Concerts for the President of India and in various Metro Cities. Represented the country as a principal Conductor of Indian Army Band Contingent in Swedish Military Tattoo at Stockholm, Sweden. On Vijay Diwas at New Delhi India in 1997 trained and choreographed Mass Band Display of 4459 Indian Armed forces musicians which has entered into the Guinness Book of World Records.
