I am a certified Yoga Protocol Instructor under the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH, with formal teacher training completed in October 2022 from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai—one of the oldest yoga schools in the world. With over 3 years of experience in teaching yoga, I specialize in traditional asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yoga for therapeutic benefits.

In addition to my yoga background, I am a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner with more than 4 years of experience in one-on-one counselling. I work with individuals to support mental health, stress relief, emotional balance, and performance enhancement in daily life.
