With 14 years of experience in Yoga, specializing in styles such as Ashtanga, Patanjali, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Raja Yoga, I offer a deep understanding and practice of this ancient discipline. I hold an MSc in Yoga and have completed several Yoga instructor courses. My journey in Yoga began in 2010 when I completed my MSc at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA), after which I worked as a Yoga instructor at a university for a year.

In 2011, I moved to Hindupur to work as a freelancer, before joining the University of Hyderabad in 2012, where I have been serving as a Yoga instructor to this day. Throughout my career, I have trained over 5,000 individuals in group classes and personally guided more than 60 clients, both online and in-home sessions.

I offer online and home training, with sessions ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour. My schedule typically spans from 5 am to 11 am, allowing me to provide flexible and accommodating training options. My teaching approach is practical, focusing on live sessions to ensure effective guidance and personal interaction. While I do not provide additional certification or materials, my extensive experience and dedication to Yoga ensure that clients receive high-quality instruction and support in their practice.
