I started my career as a Trainer in 1976 while associating with The Watchtower Educational Society where I was given an opportunity to conduct the Theocratic Ministry Educational School. It was then that my latent teaching talent came to the fore. I made it my aim and goal to use my strong inter-personal, communication, public relation and enthusiastic teaching methods, in making a difference to the up-coming student community by stimulating them overcome the problem of Aliteracy through skillful exposure, thereby overcoming shyness and other obstacles that hinder a studentâ??s progress. An excellent command over the English (native) language is proving an added asset in my current teaching abilities. In my present capacity as an English Language Trainer I train students from Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Eritrea Jeddah including Indian students . This has not only increased registrations, but also carved a niche for myself in the educational field. I also volunteered for the Adult Literacy program conducted by the Dandenong Library, Dandenong, Melbourne, Australia and the Adult Literary Expo of the Mt. Roskill, Community Training Program in Auckland. Hence this has given me adequate exposure to cross cultural environment too.
