I am an internationally certified yoga trainer (RYT 200) with specialization in Multi-Style Yoga and Pre & Post Natal Yoga. With a deep passion for the practice, I offer thoughtfully designed classes in Beginner’s Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, as well as Meditation and Mindfulness.
My approach blends traditional techniques with modern understanding, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindful movement to help you achieve real, lasting results—whether physical, mental, or emotional. I pay close, personal attention to each student’s needs and progress, with a strong emphasis on detail, safety, and individual growth.
