Even though I have only 2years of experience in teaching, I have almost around 7 years of experience in analysing the ability, strengths and weaknesses of the student. I myself being an IIT ranker (AIR- 10149 (GC)) and a person who failed to enter into IITs have a clarity over method of studying and procedure to be followed by the students. I personally have guided 10 students to understand the subject(physics). I personlly feel that guiding a student properly can make him/her score 60% of the marks easily (anyhow hardwork is the key)
