Yes, You could. I managed to learn "Flute, Guitar, Harmonica." on my own , and also from youtube.

Yes, you can! Youtube is a great source to learn music from though the abundance of information can be overwhelming and at times even incorrect therefore it is always advised to have a teacher to avoid forming any bad habits and progressing with correct technique
