I don't have my little finger, but I am interested in playing Guitar. Can I still learn and play in front of audience?

as long as you are playing the right notes, it does't matter for the audience how many fingers you have. most of the guitarists don't even use the pinky. Practice comple riffs with the rest of your fingers and you'll be good to go. :)
