the later the better! the time span differs with the interest in each person! over passionate people learns in about even 4-5 months. while people who are not passionate, goes upto 6-7 yrs

Take instrument of own,find a teacher/join in music school,practice at least for 30 mints a day.....keep your intrest,listen songs based on guitar,follow data center like google,youtube.with in one year you ll get ready with the fundamentals of guitar
