I'm aiming for a CS PhD in Stanford, MIT or Berkeley, and I got 158/170 in GRE. Should I stop here or aim for a higher verbal?

I would suggest you take a mock test and divide the preparation time for each section based on your mock test score. Usually the verbal section takes more time since it is much more difficult than the quant section.
