Depends on the course and university. However, score more than 150 in Verbal and 160 in Quant and 4 in AWA.

It all depend on the University standard, example, if you're looking to do GRE in a good university, then You'll need >320, medium standard universities will offer you a place at 310, and less than 310 you'll get into a lower standard. Few will even give you a place at 293 to 300 points.
