Meet your tutor
I have mentored over 10,000 learners for the GRE (verbal) over the last 16 years. I have seen learners go from low 140s to mid 150s and a large proportion of learners go from 150s to 165 and above in their GRE Verbal.
I have taken these tests myself, scoring a 338 on GRE (168Q, 170V) and 780 on the GMAT (Older format).

When it comes to my academics, I have completed my MBA in HR and Marketing; I have also completed the Cambridge CELTA and DELTA (highly valued English cert and diplomas internationally).

I have, over the years, headed the content development and test-prep curriculum efforts for a number of large players : Egmat, Crackverbal, Kaplan and Unacademy to name a few. I have also published my own courses on Vocabulary for advanced GRE words, Grammar, and other related learning focuses.

I am particularly good at understanding the needs of learners and formulating tailor-made solutions for their learning needs and preferences. I work by building foundational reasoning skills and also super charging your ability to learn and exploit high-level (gre) vocabulary.

I had been scouring for a good GRE mentor for a long time. The herculean vocabulary and labyrinthine Verbal section made the journey seem almost insuperable—until I found Ajeeth. What impressed me most was his perspicacious methodology. I won't divulge the details, but his idiosyncratic framework initially felt unconventional. As my preparation progressed, its remarkable efficacy became increasingly evident. Equally impressive was his understanding of student psychology. On more than one occasion, his judgments proved remarkably prescient, identifying my lacunae even before I had articulated them. Whenever I encountered an obstacle, he patiently offered practical, ingenious solutions. Vocabulary was my greatest impediment. Instead of advocating rote memorization, he devised a quotidian regimen that gradually made even recondite words approachable. His etymology-based EDX course further transformed vocabulary into something intuitive rather than mechanical. His explanations are consistently lucid, rendering even intricate questions tractable. Perhaps the most meaningful part of my journey is this: the vocabulary that once intimidated me has become part of my everyday thinking and expression. That transformation is the enduring legacy of his guidance.

"Ajeeth sir is a fantastic, focused teacher who takes an immense amount of care in getting to know his students. Throughout my prep, he helped me focus on my weakenesses, offered me ample material to work on them, and encouraged me to do better believing in my potential. I ended up getting a 165 V score and couldn’t have done it without him! "

Use story telling as a means to help them creatively produce langauge. Perhaps a story train exercise where one starts the story and the each adds more details to the story. The target langauge and level would dictate the language and complexity of the activity.

A lot of consumption. If you want to speak well, watch a lot of native language shows, if you want to write well, read a lot of well written books.
